It can be tough out there touring in 2026, but two new tools from Bandsintown and Laylo are aiming to help artists fill venues more effectively.
Bandsintown’s is called Boost, which “automatically features your shows to fans already looking for concerts on Bandsintown”.
The feature can be turned on as soon as a show is announced, and will spotlight gigs on Bandsintown’s website and app as well as in its emails to users.
“Event views, ticket clicks, and RSVPs are tracked in real time, so you can see exactly how each show is performing,” noted Bandsintown in its announcement, suggesting that boosted concerts can see four times the ticket clicks than non-boosted events.

Laylo’s new feature is taking another angle: the AI one. It has launched an ‘AI ticket sales agent’ driven by the data in the company’s CRM system.
“Your Agent re-engages fans who RSVPed or clicked your link, giving them a direct, personal path back to checkout,” is the pitch. “Your agent also amplifies promotions with spotting superfans and prompting them to bring friends. One buyer becomes three.”
Ticketing firm Dice is already using the new agent, as is promoter Stranger Than. One of its key facets is the ability to personalise messages for fans based on their location and previous buying behaviour.
