Tech firm Ticket Fairy says it has processed more than $300m in ticket sales across thousands of events so far. Now it has launched version 3.0 of its platform with an emphasis on AI-powered features for event organisers.
Pitched as “an AI-powered operating system” for live events, the update includes a feature called ‘Fai’ which the company describes as a network of AI agents running inside its system for clients.
“The system can read email threads, analyse contracts and technical riders, generate meeting notes from calls, coordinate vendors and respond to fan inquiries,” explained Ticket Fairy, adding that it reckons Fai can save organisers more than 1,000 hours of work during a ‘typical’ event cycle.
Ticket Fairy 3.0 also includes new business-banking features, as the company expands its program for providing organisers with financing for their events. It offers loans of up to £5m in the UK, $3m in the US and €3m in parts of Europe.
The update is the latest example of AI being put to use for ticketing and live events. See our recent story on Gotobeat selling more than 150k tickets in 2025 for another example.
